Expressing My Creativity Through Writing

I've always loved to write, especially fiction and poetry.  I can remember typing out my first short story in middle school on my trusty electric typewriter.  The feeling I get when I fill a blank page with words, my own little masterpiece, is indescribable.  Writing helped me to get through the hardest month of my life - when my father's cancer took him from the Earth.

​Several of my poems have been published in anthologies and my short General Hospital fanfiction stories have received rave reviews by my loyal following.  I'm in the (neverending) process of writing original short stories.  One day, I hope to publish my own fiction novel and an inspirational memoir of my time as a caregiver.
